Lake Anna Property Management & Real Estate is owned and operated by realtor/broker Kristie Cooke. Kristie is a lifelong Lake Anna area resident who began her real estate career in 2010 and has specialized in the Lake Anna area since 2020. Their mission, said Kristie, is to provide quality, reliable property management service to property owners as well as to provide excellent expertise and care with integrity to clients seeking to buy or sell real estate. 

Kristie works closely with several local investors and builders, often from the “ground up,” to offer guidance in maximizing the value of their investment property. Whether buying or selling, her combined expertise as a local top-performing realtor and well-respected property manager offers her clients a unique total package not easily matched.  

Kristie combines her love of learning with her passion for providing genuine expert customer service in real estate to continuously expand her knowledge and expertise. “I not only saw that there was a need for a quality local property management option but heard from customer after customer that they were too often dissatisfied with the lack of service available in our area,” Kristie explained. 

“Knowing I could be the solution, I started Lake Anna Property Management & Real Estate,” she continued. “I earned my Virginia Real Estate Broker license in the Fall of 2022, started operating under my own brokerage firm around March 2023, and celebrated our grand opening in June 2023. I haven’t looked back and don’t intend to!”

Lake Anna Property Management & Real Estate provides property management for short and long term rental properties. They have managed local commercial properties and even homes for part-time residents who don’t rent but want an overseer of their home in their absence. 

They want to be a solution for their clients and community, so they make every effort to be flexible as needed – even when it’s outside their normal scope of work. Kristie recently spent days tracking down a client’s jet ski that went missing after a storm. This type of care is what sets them apart. The firm only recently began adding agents, as Kristie wanted to focus on building a foundation of success and creating a training and continued support platform for their agents. They plan to produce agents that will meet the high expectations required of them, not only by Kristie, but by the clients they serve. Their newest agent will soon begin working with clients after training for the past eight months, and another has recently begun training.
