Central Bath and Tile
Since beginning their venture in 2019, Central Bath and Tile, LLC has been a true blessing to owners Jasen and Pam Grubbs. They are thankful to be able to provide their services in such a wonderful community. When their workday begins, their commute typically consists of crossing over one of the many bridges around Lake Anna. The sunrise, glistening with its beautiful reflection on the water, is truly a sight to see. The couple says a small prayer, giving thanks to be part of such an amazing place.
The Grubbs family relocated to Louisa in 2005. For many years after, they provided contracting services in the Maryland and Washington, D.C. area. Jasen, having quite a commute that began at 3 a.m. every Monday, worked hard to make a name for himself in the remodeling industry. All the while, Jasen provided for his family and proved that hard work and dedication pay off. He eventually became one of the most sought after bathroom contractors in the D.C. area.
In 2018, an opportunity arose for Jasen to do some local projects. He was tired of commuting and jumped at the chance to be closer to home. After a few months, the projects were complete. Jasen was left with a decision: return to the D.C. area and continue there, or establish himself locally?
As any entrepreneur will attest to, going out by oneself is a scary move. And as the primary income provider for his family, it was a difficult decision for Jasen. It would require a lot of hard work, and most importantly, it had to be successful. One evening, the Grubbs sat in their kitchen and finalized their plan. They decided to take advantage of Pam’s strong business background and Jasen’s unbridled talent by creating their own joint venture: Central Bath and Tile, LLC.
With many wonderful contractors in the area, the Grubbs were honored to be part of this community. One of their goals is to never lose sight of the fact that they our homeowners, too. Jasen and Pam understand the importance of working with a contractor that you trust, one who will listen to ideas and discuss options with you. All homeowners want someone who is there from the start of the project to the end; a contractor who will work within a budget or offer alternatives when necessary. And homeowners deserve someone who can create a flawless finish with beautiful craftsmanship and attention to detail that is second to none.
The Grubbs built their company based on their own family values. They believe in honesty and integrity, and they take great pride in their work. Jasen and Pam feel blessed, and they believe in passing those blessings on to their customers. Since opening, most customers have ended up becoming recurring clients. Central Bath and Tile has become their “go to contractor” for their home improvement needs.
Pam and Jasen don’t just consider their clients to be customers, but friends. Customers know they can contact the Grubbs anytime, and they wouldn’t have it any other way. The Grubbs ask that you consider Central Bath and Tile for your next bathroom remodel project. Estimates are always free! Let them transform your old bathroom into the dream bathroom you always wanted.
